The directional medicine wheel is found throughout the world in a variety of indigenous cultures, reminding us of our connectedness. Discover how to unlock these hidden treasures as we learn and experience together the ancient wisdom, healing tools and scientific interconnections to expand our awareness and gain an understanding of optimal health and vitality.

We will enter each direction starting with the south. Although indigenous peoples from North America generally enter into the east, we will be honoring the teachers of the South Americas during this adventure. Each season will allow us to dive deep, learning from our spirit and connecting to our higher consciousness, animals, plants and stones.
